Sonny platform import

Drop a usage dump (Excel or CSV). Standard exports parse instantly; anything else is read by AI. Every query books 0.25 NU as Do usage.

FinOps Do cases

Add a FinOps customer with a monthly dollar amount and start month. Every month up to last month is billed at that amount; 5% converts to NSOffice revenue at 1 NU = $0.20, counted as Do. The month in progress counts only once you enter what it was actually invoiced, below.

Company data editor

Fill in what the dashboards do not report. Live values are locked — a greyed cell is coming from a dashboard or import and always wins. Everything else is yours to type, and re-scraping never touches it. Monthly user totals are corrected separately, under Monthly onboarded & active users below. A one-time charge converts to nectar at 1 NU = $0.20 and books as Do.

Paste the finance one-time list

Paste the sheet straight from Excel — client name, amount, date per row (26-May-26, 2026-05-26 and 26/05/2026 all work). Preview first: each row shows the customer it will attach to, and a charge with the same amount and date is never added twice, so re-pasting is safe. Clients that do not match an existing customer are created.

group

Monthly onboarded & active users

One row per month, totalled across every live customer — the same figures the Users chart under Growth is drawn from. Each month shows what the uploaded files report until you type over it; a figure typed here is what the chart and the Active users tile then use, and clearing the cell hands that month back to the imports. What the imports reported stays beside anything you type, so there is always a number to go back to. A month the imports never covered can be filled in from scratch.

Monthly platform export

Upload the month's Organization Comparison workbook. Every sheet is read, the numbers are kept against that month, and the file itself is discarded — nothing is stored on disk. Uploading a month again replaces it. A file exported for a single month is taken as it stands; an All time export is measured against the month before it. Network Science, NSOffice.AI and test organisations are left out, along with records the export lists twice under a second name.

toll

Token consumption

No dashboard reports these, so enter them by hand: one figure per provider per month. Entering the same provider and month again replaces that row rather than adding to it.

flag

Nectar targets

Every month is targeted 20% above what the month before consumed, plus whatever that month fell short by. Set a figure here where the target was agreed rather than calculated: it stands for that month and replaces the carried shortfall, though anything missed against it still carries into the next month. Saving a month again replaces it; removing it hands the month back to the calculation.

Organizations map to Think (platform usage); Sonny is Know, FinOps is Do. Platform figures come from the monthly export, so they change when a month is imported.
